Dear Fishers Junior High School Visitors,
Welcome to the website for FJH! We are one of four junior high schools, comprised of 7th and 8th graders, in the Hamilton Southeastern School District, and our school matriculates students into both Fishers High School and Hamilton Southeastern High School. Our mission is for every student to possess the academic and social skills necessary to be a responsible citizen and a life-long learner in a rapidly changing, diverse world.
Our staff is amazing! We go above and beyond to help children both inside and outside of the classroom. We work diligently in creating a safe and nurturing environment for all students to be successful. We value cultivating relationships through interdisciplinary teams, extra-curricular and co-curricular activities, and clubs.

Aside from our core content classes, Fishers students have a large option of electives including performing arts, visual arts, World Language, Technology Education, Digital Design, and Computer Science. We host several school-wide events such as the 7th Grade Camp Tecumseh field trip, the International Fair, and our All School Day of Service. We are proud of our award-winning staff, Gold Star Counseling department, and our repeat “We the People” National Champions.
